Wedemeyer Auction and Realty is a member of the Iowa Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. The Team! Doug Wedemeyer Auctioneer and his wife of many years also a licensed professional real estate agent since 1994 Judy Wedemeyer. Judy is the Real Estate Broker for the company.
We are proud of our family owned company. Our sons grew up in the Auction and Real estate Business and until recently were all three licensed agents. Their full time careers have taken much of their time but we do enlist all of the family, including our grandchildren to help us behind the scenes from time to time to make your auction a success. We are happy to assist you we also have a great staff on auction day. Ringman Rex Peterson and Carl Ford have been with us since our first auction in 1999. Luke Meisenheimer joined us a few years ago and is a good fit to our longtime ringmen. Live auctions are just that very "alive" not only with serious bid calling but an occasional one line from all

with the 1971 Roadrunner from Virgil Sheeder. This car was purchased by Virgil shortly after high school posibly when he returned from the service. Wedemeyer Auction & Realty sold this outstanding find with 62,480 original miles and Sold for $30,000.
